As an avid adventurer, Erin can rise to the occasion and find solutions to any challenges.  

She has 20 years of experience working with families and children needing help with special needs and learning disabilities as a Registered Behavior Therapist. She also wrote an early childhood curriculum, founded and built a school, and loves connecting people to each other. During this time, she found enjoyment in being involved in both the little and big achievements, from writing documentation and procedures – to helping a client learn to speak using an AAC device. She is excited to be a part of ImproveAbility and continue to make a difference in peoples lives. 

Erin is a Texas Master Naturalist, and when she’s not in the office, you can find her in the backcountry camping and spending time with her family.
